With all the hoopla around the presidential candidates I have really enjoyed the talk radio stations. Especially when the listeners call in because some of the comments are really out there. Yesterday however one comment really caught my attention. The caller commented about one candidate changing their minds on several issues from the last election.
So my question to you is "Are leaders/manager/executives allowed to change their minds?" Why or why not. If the answer is yes how should they handle the change?
